Rules and Regulations:

1. Team shall consist of two members only.
2. Participants will be given 2 hours and 30 min. to show their creativity and 2 minutes to talk about the same.
3. The required waste material and stationery like scissor, thread, etc. should be brought by the participants.
4. Waste material could be anything like tetra packs, bottles, newspapers, old utensils, jute material or any second hand items that otherwise would be thrown away.
5. The material would be rejected if not found to be a waste product or second hand item.
6. No ready or semi-finished model or matter would be accepted from participant in competition.
7. Participants will be judged on Creativity, Utilization of Resources, Artistic composition & design, Eco-friendly rating, Utility of the Product and Overall Presentation
8. No mobile or Internet means would be allowed to use at the time of Competition.
9. The decision of the judges will be considered final and abiding.

2. Online Preliminary Round wherein the participants will be required to submit their artworks via the link provided below.
3. Individual participation is welcomed as well.
4. Only one member of the team is required to fill the form with his\her details.
5. result of the shortlisted teams will be posted on our official society Instagram handle.
6. Offline Round wherein the shortlisted teams will be called to present the artworks in our campus.
7. The single member of the selected teams will be added in a whatsapp group and further details and queries regarding the competition will be updated and answered in that group.
8. NOTE: the teams coming to our college campus must have their college IDs.
9. The decision of the judges will be considered as final and abiding.

2. A4 sheet, poster colours, tissue paper, brushes and relevant materials will be provided. No external materials are allowed.
3. The theme will be given on spot.
4. Plagiarism or any use cell phones will lead to direct disqualification.
5. Judging Criteria: Creativity, uniqueness, relevance to the theme.
6. The teams are requested to reach the venue 1 hr prior to the given time.
7. Only one member of the team is only needed to fill the details in the link given below.
8. The member whose details is filled in the form will be added in the whatsapp group where all the further details and queries related to the competition will be attended.
